Lead a team of sales consultants to drive productivity and ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have expert German language skills, fluency in English, and a proven track record of leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales consultants, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive success.
- Set clear expectations, assign targets, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure productivity and workflow.
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met and value is delivered.
- Create reports to track project performance and present to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expert level of spoken and written German language skills.
- Fluency in English language written and spoken skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, negotiation, or B2B phone sales.
- Comfortable placing outbound calls.
