Practice Manager sought for a global professional practice with a strong audit experience and a proven track record of outstanding performance.
Our client is a leading global professional practice seeking a Practice Manager to lead the delivery of audit and accounting engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with internal departments, including Tax, Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance & Corporate Recovery.
- Reviewing and approving client documentation.
- Mentoring and training new hires and other colleagues.
- Monitoring ongoing staff performance.
- Leading the planning and resourcing of audits.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA qualified.
- Strong audit experience.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance.
- High level of people and business skills.
- Technical strengths, including FRS 102 and IFRS.
- Strong experience of audit and accounting software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
