Job Description
Experienced QA Automation Engineer sought for 12-month contract to lead testing on new product and support team of experienced testers.
We have partnered with a large software company in Leitrim to assist with their recruitment for a QA Automation Engineer.
This role offers a daily rate of €475 and hybrid working with 1 day per week required on site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team to review and implement new testing methodologies
- Train, monitor and review team performance to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Track, manage and record issues that arise during testing lifecycle and deliver to management team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Automation testing experience
- Senior tester experience desirable
- Functional and non-functional testing experience
- Excellent programming skills in at least two languages (e.g. JavaScript and Python)
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS)
- Strong API testing skills
- Framework development and maintenance
