Job Description
- Perform all stages of primary conversion of cattle, sheep, and pigs.
- Break carcasses into quarters for further processing.
- Debone into primals for wholesale and retail processing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of animal anatomy and meat cuts.
- Ability to use knives, saws, and other tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy carcasses and work in cold and wet conditions.
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Respect for animal welfare.
