Job Description
We are seeking a positive and inspirational leader to manage a hotel fit-out project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous project management experience, and be skilled in IT.
- Lead a team of site managers, sub-contractors, and internal staff to deliver the project efficiently and effectively.
- Plan, manage, and deliver all construction activities in a cost-effective manner.
- Oversee the package of works and maintain a fully integrated and dynamic relationship between design, construction, and commercial activities.
- Ensure the Health & Safety of the entire site and project.
- Maintain quality & safety control procedures.
- Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and use their own initiative. They will have a positive 'can do' attitude and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of design, procurement, construction, and completion planning.
