IT Support Engineer role requires customer orientated individual with strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills to provide proactive support and resolve technical issues for valued customers.
The IT Support Engineer role involves solving customer issues remotely over the phone or via email and working on a range of end user technical issues. You will work with services and solutions that use technology platforms from Microsoft, HP Enterprise, HP, Cisco, VM Ware, Sophos and Datto. Extensive industry training and certification is provided and development path into network and security, or infrastructure and cloud services is an option.
