**M&A Advisory Expert** We are seeking a seasoned M&A Advisory expert to join our team in Dublin, advising on complex transactions across various industries and deal structures. **Key Responsibilities:** • Advise clients on M&A transactions and private equity deals, with hands-on involvement in buy-side and sell-side transactions • Manage transactions from inception to completion, overseeing complex projects and delivering results • Provide expert advice on financial advisory matters, including financial modelling and due diligence • Identify and lead business development opportunities, building and nurturing trusted relationships with clients • Mentor and coach team members, guiding them to reach their full potential **Requirements:** • ACA, ACCA, and/or CFA qualified, with a proven track record in financial modelling • Direct experience advising clients on M&A transactions or working with private equity • Strong capability in overseeing complex projects and delivering results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate about mentoring and coaching team members **About the Role:** As a key member of our M&A Advisory team, you will leverage your expertise to advise clients on complex transactions, drive business development opportunities, and mentor and coach team members.
