Job Summary: Experienced Mechanical Package Owner for Pharmaceutical Construction Project
Seeking a seasoned Mechanical Package Owner to oversee the construction of a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Co. Dublin, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and health of all personnel on site, promoting compliance with safety plans and intervening in unsafe situations.
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring contractors complete their contracts safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Review and approve contractors' method statements, SPAs, and permit applications to ensure all risks have been assessed and control measures are in place.
- Participate in weekly safety audits, meetings, and coordination meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Monitor the implementation of contractors' quality plans, carrying out daily inspections to ensure required standards are achieved.
- Track and review contractors' technical RFI's, submittals, purchases, and ensure only approved changes are implemented.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of construction and/or mechanical experience, with at least 10 years of site experience.
- Life Science, Mission Critical, or similarly complex project experience.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
