We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and guide Scrum teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to oversee and guide Scrum teams, ensuring they follow Scrum framework values and agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of agile principles and practices, excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Agile Leadership:** Use agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
* **Coaching and Mentoring:** Guide and coach Scrum teams on adopting and implementing Scrum principles, values, and practices.
* **Facilitating Scrum Events:** Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* **Removing Obstacles:** Identify and address impediments or obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals.
* **Mediation:** Act as a mediator between the Scrum team and external parties, facilitating communication and collaboration.
* **Decision-Making:** Enable the team to make decisions effectively by fostering an environment of open communication and transparency.
* **Progress Monitoring:** Track the progress of the team's work during sprints and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team, encouraging them to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing complex programs and projects within the healthcare industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven track record of leading and managing others, overseeing the timely and successful completion of large-scale and/or multiple projects.
* Strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in curriculum development and delivering program management training.
* Experience in the use of PPPM software tools.
* Demonstrated ability in the development of change management strategies and interventions.
* Experience in managing complex programs with truncated timelines.
* Ability to develop relationships at all levels throughout the organization and skilled at consensus building, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's Degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
* PMP certification.
* Change Management certification.
* Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
**Physical Demands and Working Conditions:**
* Some travel between locations primarily during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
**Supervision:**
* May supervise the activities of other team members within program and project career ladders.
**Education and Required Credentials:**
* Bachelor's Degree required in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
* Master's Degree is preferred.
* PMP certification is required.
* Change Management certification.
* Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
