**Global Head of Accounting & Treasury** Seeking a highly skilled professional to lead financial reporting, treasury, and accounting functions for a fast-growing Irish technology business. **Responsibilities:** * **Financial Reporting:** * Monitor month-end accounting close and inter-company accounting * Streamline and review accounting and systems support processes * Manage external audit * **Controls & Systems:** * Review and improve accounting and systems support processes * Ensure compliance with financial regulations * **Strategic Support:** * Integrate newly acquired businesses * Conduct strategic analysis and valuations * **Treasury:** * Oversee treasury accounting and cash flow forecasting * Ensure compliance with banking covenants * **Leadership:** * Lead and develop the accounting and finance team * Foster a culture of excellence and innovation **Ideal Candidate:** * **Background:** * Qualified Accountant with Big 4 training * Relevant PQE in financial reporting with a medium or large company * **Skills:** * Strong technical accounting knowledge * Experience with ERP systems * Systems savvy with FRS102 and IFRS **About Our Client:** * Fast-growing, PE-owned Irish technology business * Steady growth rate over the past few years * 5 international acquisitions per year of varying company sizes **Remuneration:** * Competitive salary * Bonus * Pension * Health insurance * Generous AL allowance * Hybrid working policy
