Job Description
Senior Property Manager - Residential Developments: Lead strategic planning efforts to optimise occupancy rates and drive operational efficiencies. Oversee a portfolio of properties across new and existing developments in Dublin. Mentor junior property management staff, fostering a culture of growth and development. Collaborate with other departments to improve tenant satisfaction and support overall business growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee property turnovers to ensure minimal downtime and smooth transitions.
* Ensure compliance with RTB regulations in all tenant and property management matters.
* Manage escalated tenant issues, providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
* Oversee rental payments and arrears, implementing effective payment tracking and recovery strategies.
Location: Dublin based office & portfolio.
Salary & Package: €55,000 - €60,000, bonus scheme, pension plan, healthcare, onsite parking, 25 days AL and more.
Reporting to: COO.
