German Content Clarification and Customer Service role seeks a fluent German speaker to ensure accurate contact details and deliver value to clients.
You will be responsible for content clarification, making outbound phone contact with clients, and processing requests/transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring correct information is displayed by making decisions on the appropriate course of action.
- Verifying information by calling B2B customers and conducting online research.
- Making outbound phone contact with clients in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Processing and raising required requests/transactions and making sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Offer:
- Permanent Contract.
- Salary: 34k.
