Role/Department
The Client Change Practice group works closely with clients, implementing effective change management from initiation to implementation and benefits realization.
- Focusing on client-initiated projects of all types
- Defining, coordinating, and delivering development and process enhancements according to agreed specifications
- Working closely with clients, business partners, and consultants to analyze, scope, and document improvements
- Preparing and maintaining project plans, managing deliverables, and tracking progress
- Identifying, documenting, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
- Developing and implementing scalable operating structures
- Undertaking cost-benefit analysis and ensuring benefits realization

Requirements
- Significant experience in project management and business analysis
- Proven track record of delivering change programs successfully
- Excellent interpersonal, consultancy, and analytical skills
- Strong MS Project skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
