Job Description
Join the AWS Support Engineering team in Australia to work with leading companies and directly with Amazon's engineering teams. As a graduate, you'll learn and develop with guidance from your manager and mentors, and contribute to improving AWS services. You'll work on critical, complex customer problems, apply advanced troubleshooting techniques, and drive customer communication during critical events. You'll also leverage your day-to-day customer support experience to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams. The role is a full-time position with a strong focus on training and development. You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of technical issues, coach new hires, develop and present training, create technical articles, and participate in new hiring and process improvement initiatives. The AWS Support team is seeking engineers who enjoy learning cloud technology, solving complex issues, and working with customers.
