Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Manage and organize software development teams effectively.
- Design and develop efficient, testable software for the Wi-Fi industry.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources for project success.
- Lead critical projects, offering technical leadership and mentoring.
- Ensure quality and timely software delivery.
- Track team velocity and provide metrics.
- Oversee applications and assist with technical issues.
- Conduct team member performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing software engineering teams.
- Knowledge of JMX, RMI, JCA, JPA, JTA, CDI, and JEE security.
- Familiarity with Angular, Design Patterns, and MVC.
- 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer.
- BSc in Computer Science or related field preferred.
