Advise on contractual matters, process claims, and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost. Prepare subcontract documents, negotiate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure final accounts are closed in a timely manner.
BAM is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Galway. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with excellent working knowledge of C.O.I.N.S. and Microsoft Office. They should have a track record of preparation and presentation of monthly commercial reports and experience in contractual claims and subcontractor/supplier procurement and management.
- Manage project cashflow
- Prepare and review monthly cost reports
- Negotiate with clients, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors on variations and final accounts
