Job Description
Job Summary:
Manage the investment platform, relationships with investment managers, and fund operations. Enhance the investment proposition through delivery and implementation of the investment strategy, identifying tactical and strategic investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing relationships with investment managers, banks, and other asset managers.
- Manage the fund operational area of the business.
- Support distribution, investment team, and other functions on fund-related activity.
- Develop marketing campaigns and position the investment proposition.
- Maintain competitor analysis and provide market trend insights.
- Develop new investment manager relationships and deliver new investment strategies.
- Support the implementation of regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong industry experience and relevant qualifications (CFA, Actuarial, or equivalent).
- Experience in proposition development, market research, and business case development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial drivers and metrics.
- Highly organised with strategic planning and complex activity management skills.
- Experience in driving a high-performance culture.
