Key responsibilities:
- Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Develop client relationships and understand hiring needs.
- Match candidates with job openings and negotiate job offers.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate databases.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience, ideally as a 360 Recruiter.
- Ability to use software systems.
- Desire to exceed targets.
Salary based on experience, open to negotiation, with industry leading commission and potential for a fully funded degree.
