Job Summary: Site Engineer required to manage health and safety, perform setting out, monitor project progress, and coordinate with subcontractors on housing projects in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in health and safety management on-site.
- Perform setting out on-site with attention to detail.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.
- Manage site records and update documents.
- Support Site Manager with coordinating trades and resolving issues.
- Record site activities, material deliveries, and inspections accurately.
Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, Engineering degree, strong technical knowledge, and knowledge of Building Regulations and health and safety requirements.
Benefits: €55k - €65k salary, pension scheme, tax saver scheme, performance related bonus, and healthcare.
