Job Summary:
Assist in the design, supervision and monitoring of building projects as a Structural Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Design building structures to the Eurocodes using various materials.
* Prepare manual calculations using software packages such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS.
* Maintain design folders and communicate with internal and external parties.
* Prepare and review design drawings.
* Undertake site inspections and report writing.
* Review contractor and design team proposals.
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic, diligent team player with strong technical knowledge of structural engineering and construction process.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
* Familiarity with software packages such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS, and knowledge of Revit is desirable.
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Location:
Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin or Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
