Join our dynamic team as Vice President of Financial Crime (2LoD) Monitoring and Testing, safeguarding against financial crime risks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the EMEA CCOR Monitoring and Testing Programme.
- Perform testing to assess control design and effectiveness.
- Partner with Operational Risk and Compliance managers.
- Validate action plans addressing identified issues.
- Be involved in departmental projects and global monitoring and testing assignments.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Crime/Compliance or Operational Risk Management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret financial regulations and assess operational compliance.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and data analysis ability.
- Clear and concise verbal and written skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Related experience such as audit, operations, business control management, or similar.
- ACAMS, ICA or comparable certification preferred.
