**Associate Solutions Architect, Retail/CPG** **Job Summary:** Design and advise on scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions for customers using AWS cloud technology. **About the Role:** As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will help them solve their largest business challenges by designing and advising on innovative solutions. You will have the opportunity to partner with customers early in their cloud journey and help them scale further, bringing visible and measurable impact in their growth ambitions. **Key Responsibilities:** • Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures. • Drive technical solutions discussions with customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges. • Act as a thought leader, educating and sharing best practices with customers and internal teams. • Deeply understand AWS platform and architectural best practices, developing unique technical capabilities. • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to shape the direction of our products and services. **A Day in the Life:** As a solutions architect, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, present at AWS Summits, conduct internal training, and publish blogs and whitepapers. You will also have the opportunity to influence the direction of our products by providing actionable customer feedback to the service teams. **About the Team:** You will be part of a team of supportive people who will help you be successful. This team is for people with a Builder mentality who are self-driven, willing to take ownership of things and see them through, able to earn trust of our customers and their colleagues by delivering on their commitments. **Minimum Qualifications:** • 3+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly • Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers, IT management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience architecting, migrating or transforming customer requirements to the cloud • Experience in large migration project or distributed infrastructure design/implementation/consulting • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
