Lead Electrical Engineer to drive global engineering projects and ensure timely, budget-friendly, and goal-oriented execution.

Key responsibilities include:
- Independently lead projects to identify, plan, and execute small to large-size projects across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
- Lead electrical engineering operations projects within a global engineering team to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
- Participate in design review and design for manufacturability of new devices.
- Handle complex projects for scaling new suppliers and expanding or modifying production lines.
- Own and build relationships with component suppliers to ensure robust manufacturing processes and quality controls are in-place at suppliers.
- Provide critical SME support on resolving complex issues within manufacturing.
- Coordinate and provide updates to senior management teams on critical business projects.
- May coach junior colleagues and allocate project work to the most advisable contractors.
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's degree advantageous.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of business needs and customer needs as they relate to projects.
- Previous experience in leading projects across a cross-functional team.
- Ability to work independently and in groups, ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, critical-thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding, or skills and is willing to learn.
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, and ISO regulated environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing and qualification of ICs within semi-conductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience in working with multiple manufacturing modalities.
- Experience in working in front-end and back-end wafer manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
