Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-based store selling grocery products, hardware, and homeware in Letterkenny.
Our store is a new format store that requires an ambitious and result-driven Store Manager to manage its operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work within set budgets and be committed to developing the store while being responsible for the following tasks:
- Directing and supervising activities within the store
- Checking in deliveries
- Achieving targets
- Working with the team to achieve high standards of customer excellence
- Working with the team to deliver high store standards
The successful candidate will require the following experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role in a retail store
- Strong people skills with experience of dealing with staff
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP
- Weekend availability
This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary circa 34k (neg) + bonus.
