You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all quality regulatory requirements, implementing effective policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to project teams.The team works with all quality & safety regulations. The team member should have experience within the Aviation Industry and would suit an individual with experience in a quality role or a mechanic who has an interest in pivoting their career to quality & safety.ResponsibilitiesMonitor work processes and procedures to ensure there are no breaches in compliance with approved procedures and regulations.Be familiar with aircraft and engine components – possessing the ability to identify parts and processes.Develop and manage an internal and external audit schedule for designated group entities.Assist with conducting internal audits to ensure quality standards are always adhered to.Assist Quality & Safety Manager in keeping all policies and procedures documented and up to date.Collaborate with organizational and departmental leadership to facilitate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) programs.Provide guidance on resource allocation necessary to effectively execute quality tasks within respective departments.Assist with carrying out investigations to identify the root cause of audit findings, errors & occurrences.Conduct comprehensive analysis of Quality Management System (QMS) data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for continual improvement.Manage the Maintenance Operations Report (MOR) and Safety Management System (SMS) reporting systems, ensuring thorough safety assurance and promotion.Maintain proficiency in and stay updated on regulatory standards such as EASA Part 145, as well as company compliance manuals.Lead across file management and integration with IT systems.Carry out supplier surveys and analyse performance.Completion of customer audits.Ensure all systems/processes and methods are documented.Proactively monitor changing legislation to ensure that policies are updated to reflect changes in advance of them becoming live.Assist with vendor approvals.Prepare and present to company management periodic quality reports.Collaborate with external regulators & accreditation organisations as necessary.Review company operational processes to ensure they are in line with external regulation.What we are looking for:1+ years Quality/Auditing within aerospace/aviation industry, specifically EASA/CAA/FAA 145.Third level recognised qualification in Aviation preferred.EASA A/B1/B2 Licence.Experience in the development and implementation of a QMS.Hands-on experience working with engines/airframes.Full EU driving license and flexibility to travel between sites and office.Extensive knowledge of Regulations and Quality & Safety procedures in Aviation.Previous experience working in this type of role in the aviation sector is advantageous.Excellent communication and influencing skills with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.Strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills.What you will get in return:A competitive base salary pro rata (commensurate with experience)Subsidised private health insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTax saver travel ticketBike to work schemeA collaborative and forward-thinking working environmentOngoing training and professional developmentHow to apply:You must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of interview.Please send your CV and brief cover letter to careers@eirtradeaviation.com.EirTrade Aviation is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
