**Project EHS Lead: Delivering Safety Across Projects** We are seeking an experienced Project EHS Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe delivery of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EHS management and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety management systems. **Job Description** As a Project EHS Lead, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to safely deliver projects. Key responsibilities will include: • Implementing and maintaining the company's Safety Management System and CMS System • Developing, updating, and communicating site-specific Health and Safety Plans and Emergency Plans • Advising and assisting subcontractors in drafting and communicating Method Statements and Risk Assessments • Conducting site inspections and audits, and presenting findings to management teams • Ensuring subcontractors comply with project and group EHS policies and procedures • Maintaining a site training matrix for all craft and staff, and arranging/providing training where applicable • Delivering Site Health and Safety Induction for new employees/contractors • Managing the delivery of toolbox talks with all site teams • Arranging onsite safety promotion reward schemes and initiatives • Conducting accident/incident investigation reports in a timely manner and communicating to project management • Attending daily activity briefings and whiteboard meetings • Presenting on a weekly basis, site statistics and project updates • Maintaining records of statutory inspections • Chairing safety meetings with subcontractors **Requirements** • Relevant Level 7 EHS qualification essential • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector is essential • Experience working in the Construction Sector • A Mechanical background would be advantageous • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required • Excellent organisational and planning skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment **Benefits** We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
