Job Description

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be part of a team that transforms the way restaurants operate, building relationships and signing up new restaurateurs in your local area.

This is a field sales opportunity, requiring a strong consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and develop customized solutions that help restaurants thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating lists of prospective restaurants and managing the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  • Conducting demos and developing solutions that meet prospect needs
  • Partnering with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met
  • Leveraging Salesforce to manage sales activities
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and positioning Toast in the market

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
