Lead Banking & Structured Finance Audit Director

About the Role
- Lead a dedicated team of auditors and manage client relationships with key financial institutions
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance internal operational processes and drive business growth
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop new client relationships and business development activities
- Play a leading role in shaping team culture and driving excellence in audit quality
Key Requirements
- Senior Manager/Director level experience in a financial services department
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of establishing and developing client relationships
- Experience working on large group assignments and public interest entity audits, including structured finance clients
- Detailed knowledge of relevant accounting standards impacting the financial services sector
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
