Job Description
Job Summary: Manage Egis or Clients obligations on large infrastructure projects, leading commercial and contractual functions, and providing commercial expertise to project teams.
- Administer NEC4 Option C D&B Target Cost contract
- Define Commercial and Cost standards and procedures
- Develop Commercial and Cost Team
- Capture, monitor, forecast, and report financial status of the programme
- Lead supplier relationship activities and contract management
- Ensure contractual compliance and provide commercial expertise
- Manage invoicing and collection activities
- Analyze change requests with contractual/cost impact
- Assist with Tendering and support other projects
Requirements:
- 15 years as a commercial manager, preferably in rail/rail infrastructure
- Experience with NEC 3 or 4 contracts, preferably Option C - target cost contracts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related commercial management qualification
- Analytical, negotiating, and commercial awareness skills
- Understanding of construction law and contract interpretation
- Dispute management and claims settlement experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
