Community Intervention Team Nurse Job Summary: Full-time, 70 hours a fortnight, fixed term contract for a registered nurse with minimum 3 years post- registration experience, and experience in acute settings, with a focus on wound care, IV cannulation, and patient support.

- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
- Experience in acute settings essential
- Community experience desired
- Full driving license
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Wound care
- IV cannulation
- Stoma care and patient education
- Diabetic care and patient education
- Palliative care and patient and family support
- Phlebotomy sampling
- I.V antibiotic PICC/PORT/Midline Catheterisation
- PEG tubes and feeds
