Job Description
Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients, primarily international businesses, providing clear, value-driven tax advice on diverse technical issues, leading advisory projects including M&A, due diligence, IP planning, and reorganisations. Collaborate on business development and market outreach activities, working with their member firms on cross-border projects, mentoring and training staff, contributing to the team's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients
- Provide clear, value-driven tax advice
- Lead advisory projects including M&A, due diligence, IP planning, and reorganisations
- Collaborate on business development and market outreach activities
- Work with member firms on cross-border projects
- Mentor and train staff
Minimum Requirements:
- ITI and ACA/ACCA qualified
- Proven experience in managing a corporate tax portfolio and business development
- Strong technical expertise in corporate tax
- Excellent client management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
