Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Professional with at least 5 years of experience to manage complex corporate tax matters, including reorganizations and compliance. This role involves engaging with executives, addressing transfer pricing and R&D issues, and supporting Revenue audits. You will advise on international tax issues, develop internal relationships, and research technical tax matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with employers and executives on complex corporate tax matters, including reorganisation, company transactions, and funding.
- Identifying issues such as transfer pricing and R&D, and liaising with specialists groups to ensure client needs are met.
- Providing support with Revenue audits, including pre-audit reviews and negotiating with Revenue.
- Advising on residency and taxation issues with regard to foreign operations.
- Developing relationships with other departments within the firm and researching technical tax issues for partners.
Required skills include:
- Qualified tax professional (AITI or CTA).
- Good technical skills and knowledge of corporate taxes.
- At least 5 years of relevant tax experience, with Big 4 experience an advantage.
- Ability to delegate, manage, and review trainee/senior work, and experience with Revenue audits.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
