Job Description

A 2-month fixed term contract is available for a Credit Controller at a surgery clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling patient phone queries efficiently and courteously.
  • Posting and allocating payments, issuing receipts as necessary.
  • Issuing invoices and statements as required.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the credit control team.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as requested.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
