A 2-month fixed term contract is available for a Credit Controller at a surgery clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling patient phone queries efficiently and courteously.
- Posting and allocating payments, issuing receipts as necessary.
- Issuing invoices and statements as required.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the credit control team.
- Performing ad hoc duties as requested.
