Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong leadership and coaching skills to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Customer Service Manager (Part-time)

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our high standards of customer care are maintained and improved. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Dunnes Stores principles of operations and customer service
  • Lead the team to deliver the agreed business strategy
  • Ensure all relevant trading and legal policies are in place and adhered to
  • Maximize sales through analyzing sales data and pre-empting customer needs and demands
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the "Dunnes Stores Experience" customer service programme is delivered
  • Coach the team to be passionate and knowledgeable about sales, product availability, merchandising & display standards, variation prevention, pricing, ticketing, hygiene, and most importantly customer service
  • Provide feedback to senior managers on performance, key customer service developments, and operational issues
