This position reports to
Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers.
This role is contributing to the Ireland, Electrification Distribution Solutions business.
As part of the projects team, you will be mainly accountable for:
- Processing of customer back-to-back sales orders.
- Providing updates to customers on order status.
- Providing shipping documentation / test certificates to customers.
- Maintaining back-to-back sales orders tracker and SAP.
- Project invoicing.
- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Maintaining CCRP / Salesforce Case Management database and NCR tracker.
- Strong customer management skills and experience.
- A collaborative, solutionfocused approach, and strong English written and spoken communication skills.
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience of SAP and Salesforce an advantage.
