Lead Ireland's transition to net zero carbon future as Data & Analytics Lead in ESB's Enterprise Services CIO function.

CIO Enterprise Services Data & Analytics team drive analytics innovation, enabling data-driven decision making and strategic business growth.
- Lead a team to identify actionable insights driving strategic business decisions based on data and facts.
- Proactively seek data, analytics, and AI solutions to help the business take a data-driven approach to key decisions.
- Collaborate with ESB's Data and Analytics Manager to evolve and shape the data and analytics strategy.
- Define, estimate, and plan complex analytic products and services across multiple delivery streams.
- Champion analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization.
Required:
- 7-10 years' post-qualification experience, preferably with 3 years in an IT role.
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
