The Director of Workforce Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the allocation, utilization, and development of human resources within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to align workforce planning with business objectives, ensuring efficient staffing levels, implementing workforce analytics, and enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics and reporting, staffing and resource allocation, performance management, compliance and risk management, and leadership and team development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in workforce management, strategic planning, or related roles. They should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
