Electrical Supervisor Role Summary: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process, working closely with the Construction and Project Manager to deliver the completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include site operations, management, supervision, and reporting, ensuring compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Construction and or Project Manager
- Work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced team environment
- Ensure site operations comply with company HSQE requirements and standards
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site
- Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Electrical trade background essential
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required
- Experience in Revit would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
