Job Description
We are seeking a General Facilities Technician to join our team in Limerick, Ireland, to deliver building services maintenance and repairs across a pharmaceutical site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Undertaking routine planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure operational standards are maintained at all times.
- Supporting minor works and supervising maintenance assistants.
- Completing routine repairs or minor works.
- Supporting projects and delivering minor capital works.
- Completing suitable risk assessments and following relevant permit or work plans.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant trades qualification, preferably in joinery or plumbing.
- Experience of completing maintenance tasks in a building maintenance environment.
- A working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, Health & Safety, environment standards, manual handling, working at height, and confined spaces.
- Experience working in a buildings maintenance role, ideally in a regulated environment.
