Job Summary: Experienced Finishing Foreman sought for premium residential projects in Waterford region. Responsibilities include overseeing finishing phases, coordinating with tradespeople, conducting quality control checks, and managing project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all finishing phases on-site, ensuring exceptional quality in all aspects of workmanship.
- Coordinate with tradespeople, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth operations and project flow.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks, swiftly addressing any defects or issues.
- Manage project timelines and work schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards on site.
- Liaise closely with project managers to provide regular updates on progress.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally with a background in residential developments.
- Strong understanding of finishing trades, materials, and the construction process.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
