Job Description
Seeking a driven Foreman to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of health and safety.
Our client, a top Building Contractor based in Cork, has an excellent pipeline of work with projects such as Hotels, Apartments, and Warehouses with offices.
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Directors, projects team, design team, and subcontractors throughout the project
- Planning and coordinating all site operations
- Resource and scheduling work and materials in line with construction program
- Regular progress reporting
- Maintaining highest standards of health and safety
- Maintaining all site records, certs, etc.
Requirements:
- Commercial construction management/supervisory experience (+5 years)
- Internal refurbishment and fit-out experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Computer literate and experience with MS Office
- Good manager with motivational skills
- Independent and team worker, who leads by example
- Ideal background in carpentry
- Safe Pass (CSCS an advantage)
