Seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic support to employees and management team in a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees, being the point of contact for all queries.
- Manage HRIS, reporting and administration (SuccessFactors).
- Lead performance management initiatives and processes.
- Support specialist IR/ER manager with grievances, disciplinaries, etc.
- Ensure policy compliance and reporting.
- Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives, L&D programs.
- Support the Graduate program and mentoring initiatives.
- Contribute to the Leadership program and learning initiatives.
- Coach line managers in best HR practices.
- Promote engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Generalist HR activities and group projects.
Qualifications:
- HR Qualification or similar/CIPD.
- 6 years experience in Industry/Manufacturing/Unionised environment.
- Strong business partnering skills and excellent communication skills.
- Practical operational HR background and a solid track record of progression in previous role(s).
- Proven track record of driving change and influencing behaviours at all levels.
- Ability to add value and drive change across a business.
- A proactive self-starter.
- Technical experience with systems, payroll and SuccessFactors an advantage.
