- Work with clients to design and deliver organisational transformation projects and programmes, utilising our change management approach.
- Support transformations using stakeholder assessment and engagement, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, communication strategy and delivery, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans.
- Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client challenges.
- Perform analysis to determine client needs and recommendations, utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
About You
- Experience delivering change management services for transformations like technology implementation, cultural change, or operation model change.
- Stakeholder assessment, planning and engagement, communication strategy and delivery, change strategy development, change impact assessment, behaviour-based change readiness solutions, training strategy, design and delivery, and workforce transition plans.
- Experience in at least one of the industries listed above.
- Strong process and analytical skills, excellent facilitation and communication skills.
