Learning Program Specialist
Marsh McLennan is seeking a Learning Program Specialist to drive the successful global adaptation of its Technology Readiness and Learning Centre of Expertise (COE).
About the Role
- Customize programs to meet the specific needs of Business Units and regions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Analyze data to optimize program completion and success.
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders in a global community to make business decisions and manage external vendors.
- Design, develop, deliver learning programs, and maintain curriculum and assessment.
- Create engaging learning activities that enhance retention and knowledge transfer.
- Plan, execute, and manage the learning program delivery and measurement.

Requirements
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholders in a global/regional business.
- Strong working experience in training design, technology, implementation, and measurement.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with solid working experience in corporate training.
- Expert in Workday or other Learning Management System (LMS) admin.
- Familiar with Articulate 360 Suite and/or Adobe Suite for developing digital learning courses.
