Job Description
A M&E Coordinator with 2-3 years experience is required to work on a school project near Harolds Cross in Dublin. The successful candidate will review M&E design information, undertake design gap analysis, and ensure timely release of information for construction activities.
- Review M&E design information at tender stage
- Undertake full design gap analysis to advise the bidding team of any design shortfalls
- Monitor, co-ordinate and control the flow of M&E design information
- Ensure M&E information released for construction is in line with the specification
- Provide CDM and Health and Safety input
- Manage client, design team and subcontractor related meetings
- Check for discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications
Requirements
2-3 years relevant experience working in this role with a Main Contractor
Salary & Benefits
Salary circa €80k-€90K, depending on experience
