Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-impact business problems and define features and user experiences to solve them.
- Transform business and customer requirements into effective, efficient, and elegant solutions.
- Use strong systems thinking to enhance existing workflows and experiences for scalability.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators.
- Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant, and innovative designs.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to develop product strategies and detailed requirements and designs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions and identify strategies for enhancement and improvement.
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership of work and responsibility for every detail.
- Contribute to evolving design practices and resources, supporting the digital maturity of the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience within an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and demonstrated portfolio of work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities, communicate trade-offs, and persuade and influence others.
- Strong analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
- Ability to take initiative and proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and the design process.
- Humility, enthusiasm, and ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding.
