Job Description
Recruit Packing/Manufacturing Co-Ordinators on 12 month contracts. Roles are based on shift patterns: Days/Evens, Weekday Nights, Weekend Nights. Key objectives include production paperwork, batch file review, and maintenance of inventory levels. Ensure effective implementation of the plant CAPA system and play a key role in investigation requirements for ERs. Track corrective actions and support area in audits. Maintain key Quality & Manufacturing KPIs, and support Business Excellence projects. In conjunction with Manager, monitor Performance versus Plan and update. Participate in production teams and plant cross-functional teams. Support management of materials and finished goods in compliance with established policies. Support the department Idea Generation Programme and assess and report on required actions. Maintain all applicable records and monitor department conditions. Support Manager to develop and organise training and development for employees. Ensure high quality infant formula production in efficient, safe and hygienic manner, in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
