Seeking experienced Payroll Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll process, lead system implementation, and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll process for employees
- Lead payroll system implementation projects
- Work with internal stakeholders and outsourced providers
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation
- Provide strategic input and insights
- Offer expert guidance and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK payroll operations
- Strong track record in payroll system implementation
- Experience in public sector is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
