Payroll Manager, Dundalk
This position requires an experienced Payroll Manager with Bright Pay Payroll Software expertise and IPASS certification to manage a team of 3 payroll specialists and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Payroll function, including review of timesheets, billing, and pension contributions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including submissions to Revenue and management of payments.
- Lead a team of 3 payroll specialists and delegate tasks accordingly.
Requirements:
- IPASS qualified and minimum 2 years' experience in a Payroll Manager position.
- Strong knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, BIK, and other relevant payroll regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle client queries.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle high volumes of work.
This is a permanent position with a 4.5-day working week and a competitive salary package, negotiable based on experience and skills.
