Production Floor Team Lead Support: Lead a team of production staff in a fast-paced industrial environment, driving efficiency and quality while ensuring customer deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide production teams to achieve production schedule timeframes and meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain overall site standards and expectations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Organise manpower and resources to achieve targets, coordinating with external subcontractors and production staff.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance, promoting a positive and self-motivated team atmosphere.
- Assist with first line management duties, setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Technical background in Industrial / Manufacturing, with an Engineering Qualification (City & Guilds, Recognised Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Engineering).
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.
